老公常叫我“猪头”，我现在不得不承认了。都是它，我竟然没发现它的存在。原来上次我做的蛋糕的分量错了，而且是错的好离谱哦！难怪会做出一个硬蛋糕。星期六的晚上再做时，糖一大腕，而且还用了10粒鸡蛋，不对呀，为什么这么多蛋还不够秤呢！就call Sharon, 就在我坐下来时，我才发现了它，原来凶手是它，所以秤不准嘛！上个礼拜已经发现分量不对，可是，，，，唉！还怪oven,我真的是又blur又笨。

对咯!第一次做时，我已觉得我的秤有问题了，可是又很笨咯！唉。。这是第二次做的，还可以吧，师姐。我也不懂我的oven好不好用，其实是Microwave oven 咯！Brand is Sharp, Model: R888F, $399.其实还不是很了解它的性能，在加上我是新手，都不懂为什么有分convection and convection mix.

Hi, how should I address you? So far i have no problem of using it to bake. Frankly speaking, I'm new user and not pro in baking. Very sorry I also don't know what is the difference between convection and convection mix, usually I only use convection to bake cake.
